Berlin, January 31, 2020. MÄHREN AG, a long-term oriented portfolio holder with a focus on residential properties, records a transaction volume of some 150 million euros for 2019. This is inter alia due to the successful expansion in the Ruhr region. Altogether, the company now has more than 2,000 residential and commercial units in its portfolio.
Despite regulatory red tape like the rent cap that was decided yesterday, the housing company is remaining faithful to investing in the federal capital with plans to further expand its Berlin portfolio.
