The core business of MÄHREN within the corporate group remains unchanged: the acquisition, development, and management of large, contiguous property holdings, such as residential complexes, concrete buildings, and settlement housing, as well as larger apartment buildings — also as portfolios.
The goal is to build a high-quality portfolio of investment properties throughout Germany, with a focus on the metropolitan regions of Berlin and the Rhine-Ruhr area.
Together with our internal business units, we cover the entire value chain of the real estate industry. This insourcing concept allows us to manage projects cost-effectively and results-oriented.

INDUSTREAL GmbH is the logistics arm of the MÄHREN Group. The core business includes the nationwide acquisition, development, and leasing of industrial and logistics properties. The focus is on warehouse, logistics, and light industrial properties, as well as central or regional distribution centers. INDUSTREAL GmbH operates across Germany, acquiring land primarily along highways and major transportation routes, and continuously identifies new locations—particularly properties in A- and B-locations, but also in C- and D-locations. This includes sites that may need redevelopment.
