MÄHREN AG enlarges management board to include Dennis Rekittke

Berlin, January 5, 2021. MÄHREN AG, a long-term oriented portfolio holder with a focus on residential properties, appointed Dennis Rekittke as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO) as of January 1, 2021; he will join the other management board members Simon Laube and Jakob Mähren.

With this step, the company is underscoring its expansion plans on the back of a successful financial year 2020. Prior to this move, Dennis Rekittke was Director of Corporate Development at Mähren AG for four and a half years. During that period, he played a key role in expanding company activities, and was responsible inter alia for developing the participating interests, partnerships and controlling units.

As a new management board member, his remit will be to drive the expansion of MÄHREN AG. He will be enhancing strategic partnerships, improving internal business structures and also establishing new company structures. In addition, he will be involved in project steering and controlling at an executive level.
“In the past years, we have succeeded in continually expanding our portfolio throughout Germany. We now own and administer buildings not only in Berlin, but also in various cities in Eastern Germany, the Ruhr region and Northern Germany,” says CEO Jakob Mähren.
